It's my first review. So, I'll post some information I wish I had. I'm 5'11, semi-thin frame but have recently packed a few extra pounds in the abdominal area. So my measurement's (measured by myself), are 38" at the chest and the waist. I ordered the medium size, and it seems to fit me well. It seems to fit my shoulders well (I have the opposite of broad shoulders -> more sloping shoulders I suppose). I feel it's pretty snug around my arms and chest, and a little loose around my waist. I've asked several friends, and they all attest that the jacket fits me very well (this was a serious concern of mind about ordering a jacket online). Arm length was perfect.there's a small pocket at the edge of the inside left flap with a zipper (that opens to the edge side), and another pocket on the left side that's a bit more traditional opening from the top and a button.
