The sleeves are a bit too long, but I like them that way. They hit me at the first joint of my thumbs. The wrists on the jacket don't get stretched out when you pull the sleeves up a bit. It feels quality and keeps me warm on a cool, windy day. It's a little too thin to stand up to any serious cold but otherwise will do the trick. I bought the black and have had no issues with color fading or shrinking.
